Features

*The lift power uses a single-phase gear reducer motor.

* Lifting drive adopts 30MM hard shaft guide rail, equipped with Taiwan TBI ball screw drive.

*The lifting platform is made of aluminum plate machine with high precision and is not easy to change.

*The conveyor track is made of special profile with anti-collision stainless steel.

*The conveyor chain is made of PC40 black rubber.

* Control is controlled by Siemens PLC with light touch button switch operation.

* Device status indication: Use a tri-color lamp with a buzzer.

*Optical inductors are sensed by OMRON sensor

* The outlet is equipped with an anti-ply plate sensor to protect the PCB from being fully pushed out and lifting the splint.

* Pusher cylinders use motor cylinders to push the PCB out of the rack.

* The thrust of the push plate cylinder can be adjusted as needed to prevent the thrust from being too large to damage the PCB.
